Rodent baiting takes time. Rats and mice usually feed on bait over several days before activity drops, and the noise in the roof can take a week or two to settle. Keep pet food and stored feed sealed, pick up fallen fruit and move rubbish away from the house. Trimming branches back from the roofline is one of the most useful things you can do.
